We offer goalkeeper coaching at our amazing 3G pitch at Exwick Sports Hub in Exeter Devon.
Our coaching programme includes typical practical sessions on our all weather pitch, as well as classroom analysis of sessions, analysing footage immediately after performance.

Our coaching methods are specifically developed around the recent work of current academics,
who study goalkeeping and goalkeeping practice design. This might look different from the more “traditional” style goalkeeping training.
Our coaches have worked alongside the best in the industry, assisting the Football Association in the analysis of goalkeeper coaching methods, specifically the announced, unannounced and live practice spectrum. The research being conducted by the GKDC Founder, Jack McAndrews, is set to be published in the near future, after collaborating with both academy and first team goalkeeper coaches from around the world.

At GKDC, we believe that our goalkeepers need to prepare for the demands that are placed upon them when playing on a match day. This looks different at all ages and abilities, which is why all of our coaches have experience coaching, training and playing within professional/semi-professional football environments for a number of years.
